Gene is the Partner-in-Charge of the Tax Department at Beach Freeman Lim & Cleland. With a Master's Degree in Business Taxation, Gene specializes in income tax and business planning for closely held companies and corporate formations, structures and reorganizations. In concentrating primarily on entrepreneurs and their businesses, Gene works closely with the business owners in all aspects of their business to help them achieve their desired goals.

Gene's industry focus includes manufacturing and distribution, professional services (medical and legal) and real estate.

Prior to joining the firm, Gene had 12 years of experience with the international accounting firm of BDO Seidman and the Raimondo Pettit Group, a local firm in Southern California.
